What a fun yet tiring day..hehe! =) Was satisfied with my 2.4km run timing. Previously had 10min and 3 sec, but today got 9 min and 24 sec. Still aiming for 7 min plus although its kinda impossible.heh.
Well, Nothing is impossible, its not easy but it can be done.
